Richard McCotter passed away unexpectedly in April of 2011. He had over 35 years’ experience buying, selling and operating CPA firms. As an entrepreneur, he had successfully developed, managed and sold over a dozen businesses. He founded Stratford Consulting and Brokerage Group and his honesty and integrity helped shape the firm’s belief that the best outcome in a negotiation is when both parties believe they have concluded a fair and honest agreement and there is trust between the buyer and the seller.
William Britt has 35 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing and Advertising. He has extensive experience in developing and executing sales and marketing plans that significantly grew sales for Sara Lee Branded Apparel (now known as Hanesbrands) and also has significant experience developing and executing large ad campaigns for a major advertising agency. Bill has worked with firms across the Carolinas and Southern Virginia helping them to develop and/or implement a transition plan. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University and has an MBA from its Babcock Graduate School of Management.
